In an increasingly fast-paced city life, DDC · Shijiu Warehouse redefines the izakaya experience with its philosophy: “One Skewer, One Soul.” Inspired by traditional warehouse-style taverns from Japan’s Edo period, the brand is more than a dining space—it is a sensory journey that blends taste, comfort, and human connection.

We specialize in authentic yakitori and classic Japanese small plates, using fresh, natural ingredients to highlight the original flavors. Our interior merges minimalism with traditional textures, creating a relaxing yet ceremonial space for urban dwellers. The logo combines handwritten strokes with structured geometry, while a color palette of deep green and muted gold reflects calm, depth, and refined taste.
